Case Study


The rebrand and website update for Physicians Center for Beauty was driven by the goal of modernizing the practice's image and solidifying its status as the leading boutique surgical and medspa facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The updated visual identity seeks to showcase the luxurious services offered and emphasize the personalized, individualized care that produces natural, stunning outcomes.

Hero

The brand presentation begins here. The viewer is greeted with an ultra modern, high fashion  asymmetric design featuring a modern mobile style navigation.

Navigation

The navigation features a top level super menu providing clear delineated access to second and third level content. This space is enhanced by supporting brand assets and CTAs.

The Doctor

The doctor section offers a platform for personalization within established brand framework, successfully facilitating access to credentials and enhancing the brand's recognizable identity.

Features

The featured services section offers instant access to essential revenue generators for the practice. Each component is interactive, delivering further information and accompanying calls to action.

Gallery

The Gallery section is an immersive, full-screen interactive platform, allowing viewers to assess previous cases. This tool is essential for increased time on page and conversion.

Mobile Views

Consistent with the principles of fluid responsive design, the images presented here offer thumbnail representations of important mobile page versions.


The Process

The approach centered on a synergistic strategy that encompassed all media platforms. The website's modern and fashion-forward new appearance offered a sleek, user-friendly navigation that delivered engaging and immersive content to ensure an exceptional user experience, reflecting the personalized, high-quality care patients can expect at the practice. This same focus was consistently applied across all marketing materials and platforms.

Project Results


While awaiting the final build and implementation, the initial responses from focus groups have been highly successful. The brand refresh has resonated well with participants aged 25 to 35, and there has been a notable increase in engagement from the 25 to 45 age group. Projections point towards a potential lead growth of 25% or more within the younger demographics, outperforming the previous year. Previous clients have also shown significant interest in the design update, building excitement and anticipation for the upcoming launch.
