Case Study


The inspiration behind designing a new brand logo and website for Joel Williams MD stems from a desire to project an image of a luxury boutique surgical and medspa practice that exudes elegance and sophistication. The goal was to create a visual identity that not only reflects the high-end nature of the services offered but also emphasizes the skills and accomplishments of Dr Williams and his commitment to providing natural, beautiful results. 

Hero

The brand presentation begins here. The viewer is greeted with a clean asymmetric modern design featuring a modern mobile style navigation and immediate call to action

Navigation

The navigation incorporates a full-screen dropdown super menu with access to second and third level content. The menu provides additional supporting calls to action and maximizes use of brand assets.

Intro

The introduction section serves as a platform for personalization within the newly established brand framework, effectively facilitating access while also giving a recognizable identity to the brand.

Features

The featured services section offers instant access to essential revenue generators for the practice. Each component is interactive, delivering further information and accompanying calls to action.

Interior

The interior pages are consistent with the new brand aesthetic and are designed with a content delivery structure that enhances the presentation of detailed content and associated calls to action.

Mobile Views

Consistent with the principles of fluid responsive design, the images presented here offer thumbnail representations of important mobile page versions.


The Process

The approach centered on a synergistic method involving a range of creative tools and media platforms. The website displayed sleek, intuitive navigation providing rich, engaging content to ensure an exceptional user experience, reflecting the personalized, high-quality care patients can anticipate at the practice. This same focus was applied consistently across all marketing materials and platforms.

Focusing on luxury, the incorporation of dramatic high-contrast images against a dark background established an elegant and fashion-forward theme. The medical blue tones from the previous brand aesthetic were softened and paired with a complementary skin tone to introduce warmth, while also serving as an accent to the high-quality imagery designed to attract potential patients.
